With over 15 years in the private side of the culinary field, they now look to stamp their name on the public side with their latest creation, Brique French Toastery!

 

While working as one of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s personal chefs , Chef Rocky had the task of creating one of his infamous cheat meals; French Toast. It was that moment she introduced him to her homemade favorite, now world famous...Rock Toast!

 

This delicacy boasts a colossal slice of brioche French Toast, topped with Brique’s signature Peanut Butter Coconut Maple Syrup, Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream and Toasted Coconut Chips. Brique has become the toast of the town and now you can enjoy it daily as they opened their first “Brique + Mortar” at Westfield Century City.
